The Ranger program had a rebuilding and revitalizing season in 2007. The Rangers underwent a complete facelift from top to bottom. Colonel Ward Scott who helped establish the program in 2003 came back to the Rangers as the General Manager and head of operations. Under the wing of Colonel Scott, John Pogorzelski, Josh Labossiere, Norm Samaha, and John Whitney joined the team as coaches. Samaha, played for the Rangers in the early years of the program. Pogorzelski, Labossiere and Whitney all got on the Ranger bandwagon for the first time.

The Rangers had very few returning players this season: Trevor Greene, Matt Sciola, Matt Keene, Marcus Levin, Travis L'heureux, Mike White, and Chris Smith. Four of those seven; Keene, Levin, White, and Smith are all that is left from the 2005 team that made an appearance in the State Championship. Newcomers, Jake Shanahan, Ben Farina, Josh Randall, Brian Peters,
Joe George, and Alexander Scott all from Plymouth, helped add some exitement to the line-up. Dan Robbins, Jason McGregor, and Seth Shackford, along with Levin and Sciola, all of Conway, helped solidify the starting rotation and bullpen. Zane Alcantara from Groveton added some pop to the line-up from the Designated Hitter spot.
The team started off hot by going 3-1 is its first four games. The Rangers ran into some trouble in thier next eight games, falling to 3-9. But, just as the hardest part of thier schedule approached, the Rangers never quit. The Rangers went 4-1 in a stretch where they played the top five teams in the district, proving that they could play with the best. The Rangers finished their season off by going 4-6 in thier last ten games, and winning their last three to close out the season.  The Rangers District A record was 7-13 and the Rangers overall record was 11-16.
